As the name suggests, The Coco Company is all about crafting sweet delights with love and precision. Founded in 2015 by Vanita Malhotra, the brand was born out of a passion to bring authentic French-style patisserie to India.

Vanita’s pursuit of excellence took her to Paris, where she mastered the art of French pastry under world-renowned chefs like Antonio Bachour and Chef Jungstedt. Her dedication didn’t stop there—she continued to enhance her craft through advanced training and courses, deepening her expertise and commitment to quality.

Hi, I’m Vanita — the hands, heart, and soul behind The Coco Company.

What began as a quiet way to unwind from the everyday hustle soon turned into something much more. Baking started as a hobby — a small joy — but quickly became a deep passion. I was drawn to the science, the art, and the simple magic of creating something beautiful from scratch.

When I began baking for family and friends, their joy, appreciation, and encouragement slowly planted the seed for something bigger. That spark grew into The Coco Company — a dream to create a space where handcrafted, high-quality baked goods could spread joy, just as baking had done for me.

To bring that vision to life, I trained under some of the finest chefs in the world — Chef Antonio Bachour, Chef Johan Martin Jungstedt, Chef Eric Perez, and Chef Beesham. Their teachings deeply shaped my craft, instilling in me the discipline of precision, the value of technique, and the courage to create like an artist.

Those lessons live on in my kitchen. I blend them with my own creative spirit, flavor inspirations, and my love for soulful, feel-good food. From early-morning sourdoughs to hand-painted bonbons, every product at The Coco Company is made with care, creativity, and intention.
