Berry splash pie is a rich delicious pie baked to perfection with shortcrust dough, filled with pie batter and a crispy almond crumble baked until luxurious golden brown colour. Piped with blackcurrant coulis, decorated with with shiny drops of strawberry compote, soaked almonds , fresh strawberries. This is a dessert with 100% baked texture without cream .
